COVID 19 POLICY
FOR KEEPING OUR GUESTS HEALTHY
Please book a tour once you have read the T & C’s.
We know that the recent Covid-19 virus has been causing global concern and we are all watching closely how this situation will develop. Our tours are open for bookings to groups of 12 people max, ensuring everyone is able to ‘social distance’ as per government requirements, and we will offer hand sanitizer at all stops. You are welcome to wear a mask during your tour. Even though our cancellation policy still stands, due to the current situation it will be at the directors discretion in certain circumstances that a refund will be issued if a guest is affected due to the Covid-19 situation.
We wish to recognise the generations of the local Aboriginal people of the Bundjalung Nation who have lived in and derived their physical and spiritual needs from the forests, rivers, lakes and streams of this beautiful valley over many thousands of years as the traditional owners and custodians of these lands. We ask that you help look after and respect Country.
